Here's something very interesting about the Lion King. I watched "Coming to America" with Eddie Murphy. I noticed that the African Prince parents are the same voice talents for Simba's parents in the Lion King.
" I was like Whoa! that's interesting!"
Since "The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe", is made by the Walt Disney Pictures. I was surprised that they didn't use his voice for Aslan. Tee! Hee! I keep saying Mufasa all through out the movie. My friend wanted to hit so bad.[/i]

The Japanese language has no L per se. Actually, it really has no R either. The sound that is represented by the R when Japanese words are romanized is a bit of a hybridization of the two, with a bit of D in there for good measure. This sound is called the something-or-other flap. Basically, you pronounce a hybrid r/l sound while flapping your tongue against the spot of your mouth where you place your tongue whilst pronouncing the L sound.
It's possible that "Kilala" may be closer to the way the Japanese pronounce it, but due to romanization methods, it ended up written as "Kirara" in the dub.

Actually, both pronunciations are acceptable, though "Kilala" sounds easier on the ears.
Isn't it "Kilala" in the Japanese version, and then in English dub it's "Kirara" or vice versa...

Well, I've never seen Kimba, but I like the Lion King. I love lions. I love all cats, so I guess that's why I love it, really.
I used to watch Inuyasha a lot, and there's this kitty demon Kirara. (or was it Kilala...) It is so flippin cute!
I know! When I first saw it, I was like "I want one!"
...Then again, I said that about Inuyasha also...

Speaking of lions, they finally found a dead mountain lion after three months of sitings.
And it was near where my mom and I drive to school every Tuesday and Thursday.
I was about to say, "Really, we just found one here, too" and then I realized who was speaking.

You have mountain lions. I have bears... it's scary yet exciting at the same time in't it?

Like the movie Atlantis. At first, I thought Atlantis was ripping off Stargate.
I'd love to hear more about this - because I thought Disney did Atlantis before SG did anything with Atlantis.
I meant the movie: you know, linguist is the only one who can read this ancient language and helps a group of soldier-types find an ancient civilization and falls in love with a girl there.

. Maybe you'll find what you need.
I was talking about the movie Stargate, not SG-1 or Atlantis, but thanks, though.

Of course. John Sheppard v. Milo Thatch? No competition.
Though Thatch is more of a McKayish character. But Rodney McKay v. Milo Thatch is an easy choice too.
Yeah, Milo Thatch on both accounts. Hands down
