I'm sorry that I don't know any good Aladdin ones. www.livejournal.com might be a place to check out, I've seen some rp stuff on there, but I don't know if there's a purely Aladdin one on there. I know we did a Disney murder game on here once. Watch out for cheese pizza.
I can imitate Abu quite well. The resultant asphyxiation and increased bloodflow to the cranial area always gives me a momentary headache, though.

My impression of Abu is...well, better than my Donald Duck and Stitch, but that's not saying much. At least you can tell who I'm supposed to be with Abu.
I can hear him in my head when I'm writing, but I don't know how to write out what he "says"...I've used "Awaddin" a few times but that still doesn't seem right. I don't think English has the proper vowel nuances or something silly like that for it to accomodate Monkey-talk.

I can do an impression of Abu. I frequently use it when I'm in the kitchen looking for something to snack on

It's hard to write in Abu-speak as it is.
Get one of those live-recording things. I can do pretty good impressions of a lot of Frank Welker's characters.
I'd like to be Genie. I'm not always perfect, but I'd like to think I have as good of a chance as any other comedian vying for the position. Maybe I should get a school play?
(Aladdin: "I can't wish you free." Genie: *morphs into Corpse Bride* "You LIED to me!" Er, not really. Let's try this again.)

Whoa. I just dreamed about David Nykl (or some guy who looked like him) last night. I don't normally have dreams so obviously inspired by the events of the day before.
Nothing romantic happened; it was just the usual running-from-a-maniac dream. Fortunately, Nykl was not the maniac in question. When everything settled down, we just kinda hung out and goofed off together.

Mine usually are too...this was a great exception to the rule!

I feel the same way.

Of course, I have a terrible fear of kissing a man I can't keep. I honestly don't want to kiss someone if there's nothing behind it, so maybe it's just as well.
And I once dreamed about a nice-looking young man and I was mooning for days. So... yeah, probably just as well.

Oh, so he was all hot and sweaty and out of breath then? That'll work just as fine

No, and neither did I! There was a lot of him running around and us chasing him and he was letting himself be caught and hugged and adored, but nothing un-family-friendly. It was great fun. I was sad to wake up.

Calluna,do you think you could make an RPG forum on this site?
Let me put it this way: if someone else wants to run it I'll make a new subforum for it, but I'm not going to organize anything. I don't even have enough time for what I've already promised to do.
I'll volunteer to run it if you'll make the subforum. It should be a lot of fun.

You better believe it. The area we were in wasn't anywhere I've ever ACTUALLY seen in a REAL Disney park, but I knew we were supposed to be in WDW because Aladdin remembered me, picked me up, spun me around...then I introduced you and he gave you this humongous hug and he was all "aw, you BOTH really like me that much?" But then he got all "Hey, this is fun" and he had us chase him around and enjoy the attention of adoring fangirls; he picked you up and spun you around, too, and we both got a LOT of hugs and pictures and then went off squee-ing happily.

Every now and then, I'll get a flash of something that's Genie - but it's rare. (My favorite Genie-ism I've had: "What, are you a five-year-old? Go to bed or you're grounded!")

I think the highest praise I've ever gotten was AG saying she read a Genie scene something I'd written and could here his voice in her head. I felt accomplished. I still say it must only have worked because I only used him sporadically; I don't trust myself to do a whole Genie story.

I tried to play Iago once, but it was a complete disaster.
I don't know who I'd play in an RPG-- I don't think I have the ability to write for any of the characters I actually like.
Oh hush, it was not! You were yelling at me like Iago and everything
