Very interesting/exciting. The one Aladdin-based storyline they did last season was one of the most creative episodes, and it really impressed me. I will say, though, I was really thrown to hear the adjective "Agrabahn" used multiple times. Doesn't any sultan worth his salt know that it's Agrabanian, and that the buying of bread makes them happy?
I love the show, but I will say that I wish they didn't always have to use Disney names for everything/everyone. The fairy-tale mythology they've built is very much its own, so even though my nerdy heart giggles at some of the obvious Disney nods (and yes, I do realize that it's an ABC show), I find it more distracting than engaging from a story perspective, especially since the story isn't trying to replicate the same look or feel of the Disney versions of these stories. The show succeeds so well on making familiar stories seem fresh and original that I don't want or need to be reminded that hey, there's a Disney movie based on this story, too.

Yeah Genie was the only one from last season. I really liked what they did with Genie though the pairing confused my head.
Not that I've finished watching it... watched 17 episodes in a row when I was ill but haven't gotten around to seeing the rest of it.

Nothing like our Genie
The show had a slow start, but it eventually got to be pretty exciting. It's a little cheesy sometimes, but it's a feel-good cheesy! And I love all of the Disney allusions
