Did you buy it directly through Amazon or a merchant that's selling their merchandise through Amazon? Earlier this month I purchased an item from them that was defective and had to return it, I waited for two weeks to get the refund, they told me it would be available today, and it wasn’t, and now they are saying it won’t be available for another few days, and I had to hit my father up for some money, which really embarrasses me.
