Hey, hey! Now listen here, you squid-lipped excuse for a mollusk. I will not tolerate such an insult!

Unless you really want to insult me, then it's all well and find. Carry on.

Aladdin's pa is alive?! Whoa. That rocked my Aladdin universe to the core...not really. Wink I got the gist...kinda when I saw a preview for Aladdin in french class. I didn't even know there was a third one out for a while! Hmm...this is interesting, maybe I'm a developing psychic! But I'll figure it out when I buy both RoJ and KoT on DVD in January 2005. Such a long wait...*sigh*

It's ok, I'm crazy too. Laughing

Maybe you have seen the video for 'Out Of Thin Air' but not the video Aladdin and the King of Thieves. Either that, or your Aladdiness kicked in and you've seen the movie whether you know it or not. Shocked

Ala "Indianna Jones and the Last Crusade".

Anyway, he finds out that Cassim is the leader of the very thieves that crashed his wedding. Now, he tries to save his dad from his way of life, though the temptation of going after a legendary treasure is great for Cassim as well as a mutinous theif who wants the treasure too.

It's a good story.

Aladdin and Jasmine are getting married, but the wedding is interrupted when the Forty Thieves try to mug everyone. But they're driven off.
The main thing they were after was an oracle, and Aladdin asks it about his father --- and finds out that his father's alive. So he goes to search for Cassim, his daddy.

There wasn't anything like that in RoJ...

The part with the father and kids that he sees through the door is definitely KoT. The person calling Aladdin was in "The Lost Ones". Maybe you saw part of the movie and didn't know what it was?
