Sora has a connection to Tron because he's a video-game character, of course.  As for Pirates of the Caribbean... well, everybody's a pirate at heart.  |

The outfit doesn't bother me... what bothers me is that I had an outfit just like that even before I knew anything about Kairi having the same one.
And the shoe thing bothers me too, sorta of like cartoon characters with only 4 fingers.  |

Usually characters with 4 fingers require you to suspend your disbelief over things a lot more non-realistic than their finger count...

The outfit doesn't bother me... what bothers me is that I had an outfit just like that even before I knew anything about Kairi having the same one.

Sorta kinda. As far as KH canon goes with the worlds, Sora has a connection to all of them in some way (except POTC and Tron--we have no idea where those came from . We sorta excuse Tron, though, because it's inside a round he knows of), so they can't just get new rounds each time and forget the ones we used completely. Some were gone all the way from the first one like Alice in Wonderland and Tarzan, but the new ones were either ones we've been to before, but it was tweaked (Agrabah, Halloween Town, etc) or they are new but still has connections (Mulan, TLK, etc.). Mushu and Simba were summons in the first ones, so that's why they got rounds this time around. He has to be able to have something to build upon.
But if you look at it from a non-story stand point, probably. I can almost bet Tarzan was cut because everyone was getting lost in the jungle--it all looked alike . Fighting in Neverland and Atlantica was hard because you fly the whole time in one and swim the whole time in the other, so doing both at the same time was a pain. Now, Neverland was axed but you got Peter Pan as a summon/can learn the ability to glide and Atlantica was changed into a musical round with no fighting. Whiners

And hey, I like that outfit Kairi has now! It barely qualifies as a dress, but it's cute |

| Bah, they're probably just saying that because of how KHII ended. A lot of the stories sorta "ended", but in our case we have another movie to go through if they really wanted to seeing as how they went through the first and second one (sorta). That, and the third KH is rumored to be a prequel, so having the movies we see now there would make no sense if we're going back BEFORE all those. |

Somehow, I knew it would be Mozenrath, but that is one cool drawing. It so elegantly captures his Evil Bishounen(TM) quality with a flair of Japanese dramatism. His face is a little too short, though.
Mozenrath as a videogame villain... that could inspire me. I love whoopin' the crap out of long-haired prettyboys. |
