Hey, the Gargoyles fans have a convention every year. 
Anyhoo, to answer the original question, we were planning one, but it never got off the ground.

I believe the Little Mermaid fans have one, too. Arielcon it's called...I think. If they can have Arielcon, we can have Al-coholics con. We might have a bunch of drunks come in, but the more the merrier!  Alcon sounds like a newly discovered element or something. |

That's the trouble, isn't it? Everyone's so spread out - not just in North America, but all over the globe. As far as the United States goes, I could probably make it to anywhere in or adjacent to Texas, but otherwise, I'll have to be there in spirit only.
Unless you set up video feed between multiple locations...like a bunch of webcams or something. Then we could have several cons at once with 24-hour coverage of each other. Wow, that would be weird...
