I was looking at ancient Arabic fashions and I thought I would draw Jasmine in an outfit more like those rather than just her usual bare mid-drif clothes. Then I decided to draw her son. He takes after his dad alot.

Nice creative liberties! I find it refreshing to see Jasmine in something that's a little more conservative, too. (And after having a few kids... aheheheheh...) _________________

Wow. That's so cool. They should have shown Jasmine wearing that. _________________ "I too am a member of your species, Captain, or I was. Perhaps I am not anymore. Perhaps you are right in thinking of me as an alien. I know I am different from you. You see-I do not kill." |

For some reason, I see her wearing that while riding a horse. It seems very practical for it. _________________

Mmm, that is such a pretty outfit. Elegant, and much less skankly than the number she usually wears.
(Not that her outfit was especially skankly... it just annoys me on some level, like Ariel's seashell bra. Put on some clothes, women!)
Aaaand, that li'l guy is decidedly cute. Naw, better than cute, he's that adorable Middle Eastern boy that I'm always seeing in the newspaper and wanting to take home. Although something about his features - I'm not sure what it is, exactly - seems a little off. Maybe it's just that he seems to be about four years old -- a little young to be holding still for portraits. _________________ *

Well, maybe he's the shy, quiet type, not the type to be out and doing mischevious things. _________________ "I too am a member of your species, Captain, or I was. Perhaps I am not anymore. I actually got down and colored the darn thing.
P.S. The watermark says "Froud the Xenophile". That is my name on my deviantART account. _________________
