I like the colors you used in her eyes and lips the first time, but the shading job on this one is just beautiful! The first one looked darned good for a first try, but this is much better...I like the softer colors, too. Her lips and eyes just seem a bit too grey.

They are gray - her lips are at a hexidecimal value of #444444.
Any chance you're trying to work with a limited palette, Hourglass?
