I'm interested in hearing how everyone is doing if they've already started.

I am completely and utterly stuck in my fic after about 3,400 words. My mind goes "Rasoul would not act like that! Rasoul would NOT act like that! RASOUL WOULD NOT ACT LIKE THAT!" and then my fingers refuse to type.

I'm still working on the main one. I'm finding I can be wordy if I'm not given a max guideline. So once I get to the AbuxMechanicles one, it'll be written up pretty quick. I more or less have it in my head.

Problem is getting it on paper....

I threw out what I started writing because I realized it was too similar to something in canon. Apparantly my pairing isn't enough of a crack pairing. I've got a lot of the dialogue I want to do I just need a plot that makes some kind of sense...

Okay, I've been taking too long on both my main story and the challenge, so I'm going to take my own advice and set up an appointment to write them. I'm going to write a little everyday and expect my challenge fic by next Friday. Thank goodness there's a max word limit or I'll be taking forever.

I finished the first draft with two different endings (one of which is a joke), but as I was proof reading it, I realised how much it sucked. So, I'm going to rewrite it and completely turn the mechanics around. I don't even know why I attempted the first version in the first place. Now my problem is that the word limit is getting dangerously close and I'm still not even nearly finished.

Heheh... one of my personal philosophies with fanfiction is that someday, it's going to come back and embarass you somehow.

I *am* working on this... but not too hard. I just spend way too much time floating around WDW and not nearly enough focused on this (or any other aspect of my life...). But yeah, it'll get done.

Anyone still working on this? I got about 2,600 words done but then I got to the part where Mozenrath has to get it on with Rasoul in order to make a spell work, and I'm stumped. I can't make myself write it.

I worked on it for a while (okay, so I planned it and didn't write anything ) and then I stopped writing entirely for a while... and then I got distracted by another idea and left this one behind. I swear, it shall be written some day.

I keep getting ideas, but then as I work on them they start going off in a completely different direction. Maybe this is the canon trying to tell me something.
