I think we briefly did that, as well as "Ask an Aladdin Fan".

The Brush tool in PSP. Size anywhere from 1-3, Opacity 100, Hardness 100. And for the text background, a layer with a black box set on an opacity of 70. And a few extra layers to keep some extra facial expressions on.
