Oh, wow, that used to be my favorite book when I was a kid; I'm afraid to reread it now that I'm old enough to understand it in case I'm offended and ruin my childhood memories.

with regards to "learned" i heard it in some movie (i wasn't actually watching so i don't know which on" and the narrators voice was kinda cool and he said it, so i'm like "learned, interesting")
so that is why i said that
