One of my mother's Sim couples had a baby. When that little squirt eventually grew into a child, I was shocked - it was Prince Farid! Or at least something almost identical!
So, I had my mother export the Sim's features. The ONLY changes I made were changing the eye and skin colors and adjusting the shape of the eyes VERY slightly. And I added the turban and facial hair for further effect.
