I feel like they purposely avoided telling us much about him to keep him a mysterious character (and it worked! <img src="images/smiles/icon_wink.gif" alt="Wink" border="0" /> ) <br /> <br />The painting of him 1000 years ago showed him as a young man, so I don't think he's immortal, just very long-lived. His brother being a giant cyclops makes me think he might be some kind of demigod, or the Aladdinverse equivalent. Actually, there are a lot of references to villains that were defeated previously about 1000 years ago; maybe Fasir used to be a hero then like Aladdin is now? <br /> <br />As much as he's set up as Mirage's good counterpart, I don't think he's a "good incarnate" like Mirage is Evil Incarnate; he's just too manipulative and I don't really trust him 100%. (What was turning Jasmine into a rat supposed to accomplish, really?)
