*pops in again* I saw it in theaters as well. Really played the CD a lot. Really enjoyed it but I can't remember too many details.

Didn't do that in the actual theater, but my sister and I did use to sing A Whole New World when we were supposed to be sleeping. Laughing

I would watch Aladdin with my grandparents and dance for them during the credits.

One of only a handful of memories I have of my grandfather Smile <3

I still remember the look Jasmine's face as the guards dragged Aladdin to the prison. Sad and angry she can't help her friend and I guess powerless too. Oh and I sang along with the song until my mom told me to stop Laughing
Then in that summer we got a folder of the local videorental. I was so excited to see Aladdin on home video I practically ran to it only to hear it wasn't going to come for a while yet.
I was fourteen at the time.

I'm another old lady, I saw it when I was 10. Laughing The part I remember most vividly was the scene with Aladdin, Jasmine, and Abu back at Al's hovel. I just remember everyone laughing at Abu. Laughing

Of course I spoiled a lot of the movie for myself before I actually saw it; I'd seen the Making Of special on TV a few times (we taped it) and I spoiled the ending that morning by reading the Aladdin Golden Book that my sis got for her birthday. Laughing

I did, but I don't remember it because I was only two years old.

Apparently some kids were crying when Jafar turned into a snake.

Meeeee! I don't remember much of it other than going "DAD, WE'RE GOING TO GO SEE THIS MOVIE, K?" and forcing them to bring me Laughing. I remember watching the Cave of Wonders sequence, but nothing else. I was probably too busy going "*___*"

But oh man, do I remember it taking forever to come out on video Mad

I loved seeing the new Disney animated movies in theaters when I was a kid. I saw Beauty and the Beast three times, *a personal record* Aladdin and Toy Story once, and twice for both The Lion King and Pocahontas. And remember how it used to ANNOYINGLY take a year for them to come out on home video? Evil or Very Mad Although they always came out in October, so YAY birthday presents! Very Happy
