Do they have a full screen version? I just make my DVD player put it in full screen mode, but then the picture gets stretched |

I thought I'd just screwed up and bought the wrong version. There really isn't a fullscreen version? _________________ "If only I could believe you. Perhaps I can! After all... you do bear the name of a flower." -- Arbutus |

I've looked and there is not. All I see is mention of widescreen.
Do they even make full screen versions with the platinum editions? |

no. ^^
Why would you want full screen anyway? You get the whole picture with widescreen. _________________ ~.oO Destiny is SO Overrated Oo.~

I really don't mind. Much. The point is, is it's Aladdin. _________________ "I too am a member of your species, Captain, or I was. Perhaps I am not anymore. Perhaps you are right in thinking of me as an alien. I know I am different from you. You see-I do not kill." |

uh? Why didn't they release both full and wide screen together? Is it too late to get a refund? I mean a exchange? |

*Blinks* Why d'you want fullscreen, anyway? They cut off the sides of the picture to make a movie fullscreen. Tres annoying. o_0 _________________

Because the picture doesn't cover the whole T.V. screen when it's wide. I prefer it full like the theaters. and uh...Wide....Seeing black picture black. Makes me want to reach in and stretch it. The picture seems smaller.. wide. |

Widescreen is the format used in the theaters. Theater screens are a bit wider than your TV screen. When a movie is released in "fullscreen," they've cut off the left and right-most sides of the picture so that it will completely fill a TV screen.
Unfortunately, you'll often lose peripheral details that just shouldn't be lost. _________________

It's possible that since the second two were made for DTV release, they were never made in widescreen to begin with. _________________

I assume full - I don't believe I've ever seen a wide screen VHS. _________________
