Nebraska, birthplace of Arbor Day, Fred Astaire, and the original Velma from Scooby-Doo.

*loves Fred Astaire* I made my mom sign me up for tap dancing lessons when I was 4-5 just because of him. Then I realized that after a year of being in the class that we weren't doing all the cool moves he did and I quit. I wanted to tap dance with fire poppers at my feet too.

No, it wasn't. All we did was tap each foot in front of us and do some click thing on our heels. Very lame.

*Reminded of all the afterschool activities I did*

Judo- Kept getting beaten up by the other kids.

Track- I didn't even get to run for the big one.

Swimming- Liked it for a while, but then came...that time of the month.

Soccer- Don't want to go deeply into that.

BSA (Boy Scouts of America) coed troop- There were only three people in the whole damn thing.

The only thing I got pure joy was doing theatre, even though it was a bit part and after the thing, it felt like post-partum syndrom.

I was apart of a bunch of clubs and Girl Scouts. (I always sold the most cookies, lol) I told my mom for years that I wanted to be on the bowling league, but that never happened. I wanted to be on the archery team and that never happened either. *sits in corner and pouts* I didn't even try sports because I knew I'd get tired of them.

The only activities or hobbies I ever enjoyed were academic clubs. I played soccer, took ballet, tried to play the violin, the usual little-girl type things, and none of them stuck. The only club I remember fondly was a competition where you had to write and give speeches on the US constitution and government... heh. I'm such a nerd.

Oh, I tap-danced for one summer too. It didn't stick either. Wink

After school activites for me...

Basketball...love the sport, hate the favoritism

Band...The only one I've stuck with for 6 years. (Technically not after school....but it was in the 5th grade when I sucked at the trombone.)

Showchoir Crew...the best, except being under the risers when they aren't very sturdy...kinda scary. My friend and I had to hold the legs so they wouldn't wobble back and forth...they threatened to fall on us.

Girlscouts...acky, never did like it. Always wanted to be in Boy Scouts.

Log Village 1856...Old Threshers thing that I've stuck with only because I love history and getting all dressed up in the clothing of that time (except the long skirt part)

Football...always wanted to play, never could because "I'm a girl"

I was a basketball girl for two years in high school, but I couldn't stand the coach so I stopped.

I was one of those kids who was never in any type of activity and envied the kids who were forced by their parents into a bunch of different activities. I remember wanting to take ballet lessons so badly.

I took piano lessons when I was 14. Rolling Eyes I really enjoyed it but then the classes were cancelled and the teacher died shortly after. They were the cheapest lessons I could take.

They're hear to eat us non-Mozenrath fans. *Runs into a wall*

(Mostly) After school activites for me...

I did Girl Scouts for a while, but I hated that. Seeing "The Nutcracker" was my first memory of absolute hatred as a child... or that might have been Lefou. *Shrugs*

I did piano for a while, but I hated that. Though I did enjoy my teacher kicking me out whilst called me a "bitch". I was in 4th grade when he did that, lol.

I did chorus for a while, but I hated that. My music teacher had me sing a solo in 6th grade... I might be the worst singer alive. I'm like William Hung bad, and I got to sing a solo. *Shudders*

I did Spanish club, but I hated that. A mi no me gusta espanol. I don't even know if I said that right, lol.

I did violin for a while, but I hated that. I played for 6 years, and I sucked. Though I do thank it for getting me back onto the Disney train after a 2-year hiatus, so there you go.

... and that's it, lol.
