Looking through some old email alerts when I noticed something:

This production of Aladdin Jr. had the song "Why Me" in it. Shocked

I've never actually seen that show myself; does anyone know if that song is actually part of that adaption, or do you think that group just decided to add it?

I think it actually is, I've seen videos of people performing it. But way to go that article for mentioning that song but not actually, y'know, saying it's Jafar's, or mentioning Jafar at all. :/

This is just one of those times when I have to tell myself that most of the rest of the world doesn't care as much about these little details as I do. There can't be that many people in Orlando reading that article that are thinking, "but who sings that song? I will only go see it if it's sung by a certain character!" Laughing

A friend of mine, Nikki, played Iago in a production of it. She and Jafar sang "Why Me" together. She said it's quite an amusing musical number with quite a bit of dancing. I'm thinking the song's in the script.
